From the Haut Revers du Chutat vineyard planted in 1968. This fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed, gently pressed, and then aged sur lie (no batonage) in a neutral oak vat for two years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero sulfur added.  1 btl/per customer
