Jikon is a Japanese sake made by Kiya Masa Brewery Limited Partnership Company in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. He has won the gold prize at the National Sake Appraisal Conference in 2008.The raw materials of rice are 5 million koku, Yamada Nishiki, Hachinishiki, and Yumachi, and there are Daiginjoshu and Junmai Ginjoshu. It is a popular brand set up at bars all over the Japan and has many followers, making it difficult for individual consumers to obtain.
