Juyondai Chotokusen, crafted by Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, is a Junmai Daiginjo that exudes a rich bouquet of melon and green apple aromas. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity, with flavors reminiscent of ripe fruits and a subtle rice undertone. The mouthfeel is smooth and refined, leading to a clean and lingering finish.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled, around 10–15°C, to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity and elegant flavors. Rice milled to 35%. ABV of 16%
