This is the triple entendre champagne your life has been missing! Sourced from the Four à Chaux vineyard in Oeuilly BAM! (aka Benoît and Melanie aka pinot Blanc, Arbane, petit Meslier) is Brut Nature Champagne from the oh-so-forgotten grapes that are totally fair game in champagne. The blend breakdown is 64% Petit Meslier, 18% Arbane, and 18% Pinot Blanc. Full of life and verve, but a marked departure from a classical Champenois aromatic profile: more like walking into an herbal apothecary rather than a patisserie. Not for the meek, the palate is electric, gripping, and bursting with lime sorbet, honeyed green tea, rhubarb.
